Ordering, Payment & Shipping

Ordering:
Please order via our email address:  Sibanda's Crafts

In your order, please indicate for each item:
1.  Stock codes
2.  Quantities

When we receive your order, we will:
1.  Tell you if we have your order in stock
2.  Tell you when stock will be ready for shipment, if we do not have stock.

Method of Payment:
Payment can be made either by telegraphic bank  transfer or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). We will fax you a proforma invoice along with our banking details (bank transfer) or a form to complete (Credit Card). You will then fax us the form so that we can process the payment.

Shipping:
We use a local courier service here in Botswana to ship our fabrics worldwide. The courier will take from 5 - 10 days to deliver to your door. 

For us to courier to you we would need:
1.  Your name
2.  Your physical street address
3.  Your telephone number

* Shipping is included in the cost of our fabrics.

Merchandise Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Sibanda's Crafts purchase,you may return it to us within 10 days* of receipt for exchange, credit or refund.

Please send a note stating the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to:
1.  Exchange the item
2.  Credit the price toward another handpainted fabric by Sibanda's Crafts purchase
3.  Receive a refund.

Enclose the note with the item and ship, prepaid** to:

*Please note that we cannot accept merchandise returned more than 10 days after the delivery date.

**We also cannot accept COD packages.

Sibanda's Crafts has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor settings, Sibanda's Crafts cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

However, there is no 100% secure transmission of data on the Internet given the current state of Internet technology. Therefore, Sibanda's Crafts cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or which Sibanda's Crafts transmits to you.

Sibanda's Crafts cannot accept responsibility for delayed/lost shipments due to unforseen circumstances that are beyond our control such as acts due to forces of nature, war, strikes, terrorism, fire, theft, accidents etc.
